- Bank transfers (via Paystack or Flutterwave)

Yes. DigiBizOp uses industry-standard encryption and secure payment gateways. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
4. How do freelancers get paid?
- After successful delivery and client approval, funds are released to the freelancer’s DigiBizOp Wallet
- Freelancers can withdraw to their local bank account once the withdrawal threshold is met

- Bank withdrawals are usually processed within 1–2 working days

7. Can I request a refund?

- Go to Wallet → Withdraw Funds
- Enter your preferred bank account details
- Choose the amount to withdraw (must meet the minimum withdrawal amount)
- Click Submit Request
